   Ordered a delivery and the company 'instructed' Foulger transport to deliver my product to me. I was VERY clear that they needed to contact me before delivery due to work and having to move a fence panel for access. I was assured they'd contact me within two days to deliver. Monday came and I received a call from the delivery guy saying he was unable to deliver ( I was at work so missed the call) and he would be taking it back to the depot. Managed to speak to him and he told me the office staff would call me to rearrange. They never called me. I called them the following day and requested they delivered on the Friday instead. I had to go back to the company I purchased the product from to instruct them to deliver it to the billing address rather than the drop off location, even though this was technically still my address. The woman I spoke to assured me friday would be fine. Thursday came and the delivery driver called me saying he was delivering my product....thankfully a neighbour could accept. I called the office again and this time a man told me he would investigate and call me back. No phone call. I called again on the Friday and spoke to the same guy from the day before who was extremely rude. He asked what I actually wanted as I wasn't getting a refund as I hadn't paid for delivery. I said I just wanted an apology for the poor communication, not delivering on the day I requested and for having to have it delivered in an inconvenient place. After a few minutes pause and silence he said ' well sorry, I guess we'll be waiting for your complaint' and hung up. As you can probably tell, I don't recommend the company, the delivery drivers are awesome though!

   Nice work by a Foulgers driver today. Delivering a garden arbor on a pallet and I was in my garden office. Driver used common sense, came as far round the rear as he could and hollered. Thank you for not just leaving!

   I have a complaint regarding the lorry driver by the name of Bob. Old man with a white beard and glasses who was rude to gatehouse security refusing to show his paperwork and also proceeded to shout at us even though it would have been difficult for anyone to hear the words he was muttering with his loud engine still on. Bob clearly has no respect for authority of any kind and as he is a representative/employee of your company I can thus only conclude foulger transport have really set their standards low when it comes to employeeing lorry drivers. His lorry registration number is KU18 EAP.

   Poor quality drivers - took day off for a delivery to be told by driver that he won't deliver because of a neighbour's hedge. No other lorries have this problem .

   First time using this company supposed to be a 2 man lift the driver was on his own left the the pallet it came on would not take it back not happy

   Ordered something from The Range and was handed over to these folks. Booked a delivery for a Friday. Waited in. Phoned at 4pm and was told it'd be delivered by 5pm. Never turned up. Phoned the next day and was told it was still in Birmingham (!?) so now not delivering until Monday. Poor.

   Absolutely bloody useless. Every week, week after week our delivery is late or forgotten completely. It's a timed delivery that we pay extra for, but makes not a blind bit of difference. Detailed delivery instructions are printed on the paperwork but these seem to be invisible to the drivers. Avoid if at all possible.
