   Eliana is perceptive, insightful and compassionate. She focuses on going at the person’s pace, gently facilitating the path of ones journey through emotional and spiritual growth. She combines a variety of skills with a holistic perspective on the mind, body, soul, and emotions. If the person wishes to explore any of these dimensions, Eliana uses a wide variety of exercises and techniques, including guided meditation, relaxation, life mentoring and gestalt therapy, tailored to the individuals needs at the time. Her approach is focused, never rushed, gently challenging, and caring. I have been on many personal growth, experiential sessions over many decades , having been a practitioner in the field myself. Elianas work is up there with the best I’ve ever experienced.

   Stayed with Ellie at the retreat, had a wonderful time. We went on walks I tried yoga for the first time . We went on a coastal walk for 3 hours .it was very peaceful and relaxing. The food was all freshly made Ellie is a fantastic cook . I would highly recommend this place Diane Harvey

   I spent 4 days with the amazing Eliana at her retreat in Wick, Wales. During those 4 days we meditated, talked and walked, reassessed my life, and I was pampered beyond measure with great food, hot baths, and a beautiful fireplace. Eliana is an excellent host and holder of space. She has decades of experience and is proficient at so many healing modalities and services. She is a natural. I highly recommend spending time with Eliana if you want to slow the pace of life down, take time to reassess where life is taking you, and just want to relax and rejuvenate. Thank you for the most wonderful 4 days, Eliana!

   Located in the village of Wick on the Welsh south coast, Aliana Rainbow offers a truly original holistic opportunity. On arrival, Eliana gave a comprehensive run down of the retreat and of what she had to offer, encouraging me to take the lead as to best serve my needs, which I found empowering. I found Eliana to be patient, warm and empathic throughout my stay. She has a background in counselling and she herself has overcome life challenges which I feel adds significantly to what she has to offer. Highlights included a brisk walk to a magnificent hidden beach , delicious wholesome vegan food(my choice) and a an absolutely sublime soak in a luxurious candle lit aromatic bath- heavenly! On the second day, several hours were spent with counselling, teaching, meditation and breathwork(soma). Accommodation was simple yet spotless and very comfortable To be frank, I feel that Eliana has so much more to offer and 24 hours was simply not enough, so in time I plan to visit again. Thank you Eliana, a really special experience.
