    I wish I can give zero stars, absolutely I don’t have words. I had my yodel parcel collected in the morning absolute no hassle. Then in the evening I had another delivered under my misses name and this cashier guy was asking for identification, how on earth do I get a barcode of another persons. Please I hope the manager or owner sees this and explains it to the till guy who was working today at around 8pm. If my misses wasn’t in the car I have to go all the way to home to bring her and show her to that useless fellow in the till. I apologise for being harsh and hope no one faces this kind of trouble.

    As a wheelchair I found Rai's Superstore a positive experience. Tha aisles were wide enough to get around and the staff membere was very helpful in.helping to get me get in.and out. The ramp up to the entrance was easy to go up. I would recommend this shop to other wheel chair users for the helpfulness of the staff and the access ability of.the premises.

    Brilliant shop, always very friendly and have excellent customer service. I don’t usually write reviews, but as a disabled customer who often finds it difficult to get around smaller shops like this, they are fab. They have created plenty of space for those with mobility issues and they are always willing to help. I have used many a corner shop in my time and I have never had such a great service. They have pretty much everything you could need from a convenience shop and more. I used to get everything delivered because I hated going to shops and not being able to access the items I needed, but I can honestly say since I started using this shop, I have actually enjoyed going out for things myself… Everything is very fairly priced also, especially compared to nearby stores. Honestly, I can’t rate them enough!
