   Really disappointing experience at Best-One in Kempston. The store feels cramped and poorly organised, and a lot of shelves looked half-empty. Staff weren’t helpful or welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was just off. Definitely not somewhere I’d go out of my way to visit again.

   Been here to return parcels multiple times. The attitude from staff is horrible. They have been rude, arrogant and sarcastic. Today I returned a parcel and the lady was sarcastic, and told me I had to stick a new label on and throw away 'her' rubbish in the bin outside. I find that appalling, will not be using this shop again.

   I was verbally assaulted in this shop in front of the staff by a fellow customer that did not have a mask on, they refused to call the police to help me. I had to leave the shop and call the police. I would be taking my custom elsewhere in future. I am appauled by the lack of customer service.

   Absolutely disgusting service, this is not the first time either. Terribly RUDE young girl, spoken to me on a couple of occasions in this manner now and the older woman wasn’t much better. They are never helpful, don’t know why they would run a shop if they feel so strongly to treat customers in this way, it’s terrible I wouldn’t dream of treating people like this. I didn’t purchase anything after the experience I received and shall not return and would recommend people to take their business elsewhere. Surprised they get any business!!
