Goated Tesco, best in town center. This one actually sells premium meal deals which to me instantly makes it better than the other bloodclart Tesco in the harpur center. Big ups, Shuyeb
The staff in there did not let me buy an energy drink even though I’m 22. I offered to show him my documents on the UKGOV site and he still didn’t let me buy it, absolute disgrace
A standard Tesco Express, expectation didn’t quite meet the hype here though. I bought some toothpaste. Would visit again
It's become a regular ridiculous comedy moment when we get to the checkout here and are charged more than the price marked on the shelf for at least one item in our basket every single time. Added to this, the self checkout manages to scan barcodes usually after about 20 seconds of trying. If I scan my Clubcard, a message comes up on the screen every single time, saying I've scanned two Clubcards and asking which one I want to use. No I haven't - I only own one! The next message always says this till cannot print receipts. This shoddiness is standard in Tesco Express on Bedford High Street, but they still manage to surprise me - for instance, the time I went in recently to find loads of clotted cream with 'reduced' price stickers sitting on a shelf in the fruit section, on a very warm day, totally unrefrigerated. I told the staff about it. An hour later it was still there. Pretty dismal.

Tesco Express is a good place and honestly who wouldn't wanna go there afterall? Though is quite costly but affordable. Also the staffs can be nice.
On the high street so very convenient. Has most the items you need. Usually stocked pretty well. There's a cash point outside too.
