   Disappointed showing tonight. Many items needed not on the shelf, one of which quite urgently. Asked the lady at the till if in stock, said “we’re going to have to go with no because we’re too busy to go look.” 5:35pm whichever lady was at the till, needs a little training on her hospitality. Understand it can be busy but the manner with which you speak to customers should still be a priority. Disappointing showing.

   I'm not one for shopping here all the time but will pop in after work from time to time to get some bits and bobs today I popped into this store for a couple of items Too get too the tills to find two tills open and both have long queues in the queue for about 10mins It would have been quicker for me too go Tesco Then when it came to me I found the lady rude NO hello NO sorry about the wait and NO thank you manners don’t cost anything

   Even though most staff here are helpful and polite , there is one middle aged Indian lady ( forget the name ) which is very rude with customers , management should pay attention

   Very busy place, but every time I come the shelves are half empty hardly ever fresh fruit or veggies and the ques are so long as only one till would be opened, self checkouts are so busy. Don't like it there at all.

   I won a free coupon for reaching £50 sales. It was for a free pastry or bread but when I got to the till my coupon was not reconised so I had to pay full price for the loaf. This is the second time this has happened to me . Not happy as its false promises either they should honour their promises or stop discounted coupons. Even the manager was unable to rectify the problem. Means I have to contact the customer services. Not worth the phone charge for a free loaf.
