   On the 15th of Jan I cleared my outstanding balance off with the office manager and I have woken up today and the account is still taken money off me. This company is a joke.

   Very arrogant and unprofessional business . You call through and get told you will be given a call back which never happens or take place EVER. They take the hugest amount of interest from you, I would advise you never take anything out here. Place is being run by people who are not competent. Go elsewhere or face the consequences

   Please avoid this company at all costs no matter how dire the straits may be. They’ll bully you if you miss a payment by way of digital harassment (multiple phone calls and calls being withheld ‘NO CALLER ID’) You’ll be charged an obscene amount of interest which is applied daily. Over £2200 for a £1000 loan. Also if you’d like to pay off the loan early, they’ll apply 58 days worth of interest on top of the settlement just for a laugh. I have £90 left to pay but the settlement equates to £150. How this company can justify charging this amount to people who haven’t got a lot of money is baffling. It’s backward thinking designed to pray on the financially vulnerable. Please find the money elsewhere, I feel sick to my stomach every week I’ve had to pay these crooks. I’ll be reporting the company to the FCO and the financial ombudsman and I’ll update my review when I’ve received further correspondence regarding the report.

   We applied for a consolidation loan from them over 3 years ago and despite being ‘sub prime’ we were successful and got a decent interest rate. They have always been attentive and personable in various telephone conversations during the 3 years. This year has been hard because of Covid and they have been very understanding and worked with us on payment dates etc. I can’t fault them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

   Applied for a loan due to unforeseen vet bills. BY GOD THE WORST HARASSMENT EVER! I told the lady I would have to chat with my other half as they wanted to do a joint application. They called me 9 times, left voicemails and text me on a couple of occasions within 4 days! I ended up blocking the Swansea number as they wouldn’t leave me alone AND THEN... they started calling off a mobile number. The FCA are going to be informed about this, it’s harassment and forcing a loan upon someone when they are trying to make sure they can adequately afford to and make the right decision( which is why the wanted to do a joint application so quickly) however this company doesn’t let you have time to decide they forcefully keep pestering you to accept any amount quickly. Please always take the time to consider your application without the input of these people as they are so forceful .

   Been declined on 3 occasions with no reasons why I tried to contact the number but I get a recorded message and then it purposely hangs up on me awful company definetly would Not recommend
