Awesome store has everything you could want at very decent prices and you can spend to the pound nothing there is 99,97,98p staff are very friendly and helpful would recommend them to anyone

Just done a shop at this store couldn’t give zero stars so one and that’s generous the young girl on checkout I found to be rude to my partner and more intrested in serving a colleague and have sharing jokes young girl dark long quite young. Now I am a driver for this company so found this to be quite appalling customer service if I’m honest and not a good look for the company. Date of this trip was 8.6.24 and time 14.15 hope to see better service on my next visit
I usually go to Iceland / The Food Warehouse for their "Scarily Spicy" range of products and this Store has always been perfect. It's clean, well stocked, with friendly and helpful Staff and Shoppers; I have lost count of the times I have been waved through the checkout queue with only a couple of items by Folks with trolley fulls!

If you enjoy shopping in the food section of The Range, then you'll like this place. Much the same, but on a bigger scale. Wouldn't say the prices were especially low enough to merit the visit and you have to multi buy to get the cheaper prices anyway. Nice enough shop though.
Terrible experience within this store with no management present on a Sunday they could not and would not respond to a query over a discount code. I had to ring customer service myself after waiting 40 minutes with a huge queue of angry customers behind me. At no point did they prioritise customers. Staff are not well trained and whilst I was dealing with this myself (resolved via phone) they were rude and did not take customer service seriously. Supervisor was Lucy. Could have been dealt with much better. Very upset.
