The store is an ease of acess to come in to shop as you just quickly grab items and pay the speedy way or use the main till. There are some self-checkout scan machines and two people who assist at the till.
I used Tesco Weston favel all the time so when I visit this store it never fails to amaze me that these staff are employed by the same employer. Rude and unhelpful. (With the exception of one male staff member in his late fifties is my guess) The prices on the shelves are very often not the same as what comes up on the till and when this is politely pointed out it becomes the fault of the customer it seems. .
Wouldn’t be too bad if they actually stayed open until the time states. Quite disappointing when you get to the door and see a handwritten sign sellotaped to the doors saying closed when it’s only 10.30pm. Guessing they just wanted to go home early

Visited approximately 21.15 on 11/03/23. Politely interrupted a colleague, who was having a laugh with two other colleagues and asked if she could see if an item I required was in stock. Was told "probably not" Asked her again if she could have a look in the stockroom and showed her the shelf location of product I required. Was told that "If it's not there, we don't have it" No attempt to see if it was in the warehouse. Bought an alternative product. At the self serve tills, no engagement. No acknowledgement. Kingsley Express, on the whole, as a perfect example of poor customer service.
Staff very unhelpful rude to customers
Yes this year I have been on the same level since then but I have been in Willingborough since my age when my son was was diagnosed with fracture in are but I don't know what the doctor said about it because I don't know what to say about it thankyou
Not bad. Good sized store. Average prices but some good offers. Helpful staff. Only issue is items often out of stock but understand this may not be the stores fault.
