We switched a few months ago to Fowler from another local company for repairs to our swimming pool heater subsequently pump. We've now had 2 visits and I am very impressed with the service and value. The staff are professional and efficient and the work has been excellent - I cannot recommend them enough!
Will not be using this company again, a very rude man who just appears at his leisure with no prior warning, no introduction to the owner of the house, helps himself to the pool, couldn't tell me when he last even attended the house. Will never recommend or use again, appalling service and manners. Very difficult to get communicate with as well.
I contacted Fowler swimming pools as we wanted to refurbish our swimming pool. I had excellent advice from Philip Pemmant at Fowler, agreed the work and the timings. they carried out the work over the winter months and we could not be more delighted with the professionalism or the outcome, i would have no hesitation in recommending Fowler pools to anyone in the future. thank you for a great job
Tom came to quote 6 weeks ago, he is one of the directors of the company. Despite 5 calls to the office to ask for Tom to call back we never received a call or a quote. We eventually found out from a competitor they didn't want to do the work! Shocking customer service. It would of been good to have known this 6 weeks ago so we could have gone elsewhere. I would not recommend them. Lucky escape though from what the reviews say ..
Came to quote for swimming pool refurbishment really nice guy, no quote arrived and will not call me back. Mystified? Can only think they have so much work couldn't be bothered with mine. A phone call, text, Email doesn't take much and is only common courtesy. Maybe I had a lucky escape?
