   We had a bad experience with this swim school and specifically with Chris. During the second lesson our son was dunked under the water (we observed this from the viewing room), deliberately or not deliberately we are unsure. Nevertheless it scared our child so much they were too terrified to go again. We explained this to Chris and he agreed to refund for the remaining lessons. That was 3 months ago and we are still waiting for the refund, he does not respond to our messages. It has taken us a lot of work to build the confidence back in our son around the pool. We don't recommend going here.

   Chris and Donna have been amazing for our kids, such a friendly, fun, professional pair of teachers. The setup with the endless pools is great and parents can watch their kids learn from the gallery. They have taken our 3 from non-swimmers to being super confident in the water.

   Chris is a fantastic teacher. In less than 6 months, my two boys (7yrs and 4yrs) have developed a true love of being in the water, grown immeasurably in confidence and can swim! I’ve been amazed! My youngest was incredibly nervous, scared and didn’t enjoy being in a pool at all before starting lessons with Chris. I now can’t stop him swimming under water, diving for swim sticks and just having the best time ever in a swimming pool! Chris has a true gift for giving people the skills and confidence to get joy from being in the water.

   First lesson today for my 3 year old and I’m really impressed. Chris is so kind and has a lot of patience. The growth in my son’s confidence in the water was amazing for one lesson. I haven’t seen my son become so comfortable with someone new so quickly before. Highly recommend.

   The set up at Aqua Artes is fantastic and we're so pleased with how much progress our son has made in his lessons. Chris is a patient and friendly teacher who ensures his lessons are fun. Better value for money than group lessons in my opinion.

   Chris at Aqua Artes is an incredible swim teacher and has taken my two total non-swimmer girls and given them so much water confidence and taught them to swim confidently in a matter of weeks. I couldn’t believe the speed at which they learned water safety and were happy in the pool. Having previously hated getting their faces wet, they’re now diving to the bottom to fetch pool toys! Can’t rate Chris and the swim school highly enough, fully recommend him for every age / stage in swim confidence.
