Amazing staff at the Newport store, took our XL Tyson in and everyone was so welcoming, products are always top quality and Tyson loves the toy selection. His personal favourite is the Kong. Whether it be the big one or the one you stuff with treats. Thank you everyone at GO Raw!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Go-Raw enough! They have been incredibly helpful and friendly in providing me with information and guidance to ensure I’m taking the best possible care of my dog, Blue. They even weighed him for free, which was a huge help! If you ever have any questions or concerns about your furry friends, I highly suggest popping into the store. The staff are always quick to assist and go above and beyond to help. Five stars for excellent service and care!
I have been a customer of this shop for a while now and all I can say - Amazing food quality. My dog was never so happy and in such a good health condition. I see that my dog’s hair and teeth has improved as well as the behavior. He is full of energy thanks to the owners that explained everything I need to know and use what’s the best for my pet. It’s definitely the best place in Swansea!!! Recommend 100%

Absolutely brilliant service so friendly and helpful I have been buying food for my dog from here for years and they have always gone out of there way to help me as my dog suffered with allergies and could only eat a certain brand, Roxanne and her partner would go above and beyond to make sure I had that food even by keeping some back for me as they knew that’s all he could eat. 5* defiantly recommend
Not sure why you have taken my previous review off . Poor service, promised a certain type of dog food only to be told time and time again , we haven’t got that one now , every time we changed food it would upset the dogs stomach for about a week . Don’t promise something you can’t deliver. The customer is your bread and butter , you need to look after all your customers not just the majority of them.
