   Ageist in the extreme. Was told no car insurer will provide a courtesy car if needed on a claim to anyone over retirement age. Have just done a quick ring round insurers and all say not the case. Any issues with the hire car provider would be covered by the insurance company providing insurance cover if needed for the duration of need for the hire car. Avoid - not least for the snide ageist brush off to terminate the call since emphatic cannot provide. Repeated age, age, age till thoroughly demoralised

   Great small friendly team, always make you feel like a friend rather than just and insurance number. We have stuck with the Insurance centre despite getting cheaper quotes else where as you can't put a price on good customer service, and they have that in spades. You never get passed around or fobbed off and everything is processed quickly. Really can not fault the service and we have used them for both home and car insurance for the past 3 years.
