   Terrible customer service at the Premier shop during Evri parcel drop-off. On 20 May 2025 at around 1pm, I visited the shop to drop off a parcel. The woman working there was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She spoke in a dismissive and impolite manner, making the entire interaction unpleasant and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but I sincerely hope she receives proper training on how to treat customers with respect and professionalism. I won’t be using this location again for parcel services unless the service improves.

   I went to drop off my Evri parcel, I had a few issues with the QR codes, all the lady did there was rush me in a rude dismissive manner. She scanned one of my parcel and said the other wouldn’t for some unknown reason. I tried to initiate another QR code and she kept urging me to leave. I politely asked that she gave me a minute to check the code. She kept insisiting I leave as she had to go to the back „to unload stock”, as if thats any of my concern, I was a customer after all. Please teach this lady some manners as shes dragging your buisness down. Won’t be returning, would give 0 stars if i had the choice.

   Used to go in all the time. I don't know who the lady is on the till now but she is just RUDE! There is honestly no need for it, huffing and puffing etc. She has no manners or no idea how to treat customers. Do yourself a favour and use the shop 4-5 shops down.... They open late now too

   terrible experience with woman at counter as many review sees. while I was picking which flavor of e-cigarette I want she was rushing me up because there was another customer in the que behind me like I wasn't a customer. Couple days ago been there as well, at the counter was guy and I had the best customer service as supposed to be. if this reviews reading any of higher standing manager please teach this woman a manners...... 1 star because that is the lowest available rating..... EXTREMLY DISSATISFIED!!!

   The laziest awful people I have ever met the older man who went to the shop is possibly the worst human being I've ever met did not want to help did not want to help me use the Evri machine and only scanned one of my parcels and scammed me for £20

   Took a parcel in that needed to be returned. Staff didn't explain what we needed to do (never said a word the whole time we were in there) - just pointed to a machine! Worked out how to do it but no hand sanitizer around and who knows how many others had used it!! Also had a radio blasting out some sort of religious sermon on a non English station - not an issue apart from the volume.

   Went to pick up a parcel from wish at this store. First time they said the scanner was flat come back later. Went back later, different person said the parcel had probably gone back...er no. Can you come back tomorrow when the boss is here. Went back the next day and the boss was not there but another angry customer was. She was speaking to the boss on the phone and I said you will have to open up the parcels to see what's inside as we cant keep coming back which they eventually did. Basically they are clueless and have no way of scanning or telling who's parcel is who's. Laughable, avoid.

   I visited their store to collect a parcel from UPS as I was not in when they attempted to deliver. I was greeted rudely by a woman at the till and when I explained what I was there for, she just mumbled and pointed to the back of the store. Myself and my friends walk to the back and see loads of parcels in messy piles and wait for some kind of support. After a minute or two of waiting we were a bit confused as to what we were expected to do so I told the woman that no one was down there to help. A man turns up and they speak to eachother. He then walks over to myself and shows us more piles of parcels in a store room. The man watched as I looked through the hundreds of parcels and never helped, just stood there. I was searching for a good 10 minutes before finding my parcel and not once did he help. I found the service shocking and rather intimidating. Was thankful to finally get out of the shop.
