   AMAZING experience at mini wollaston! Jack the legend i need to say. His service, communication, energy! and smile made this whole experience for my mum one to never forget. He is such a lovely person and character and we are so blessed to have been served by him. He made the experience effortless and smooth and even managed to get the car to my mum by christmas.    Picked up my new car yesterday and can vouch for a smooth, friendly, and professional service from Wollaston Mini. Visited a few local car dealers before finally making the 2 hour drive from London to Northampton, but I can say that it was worth it as the staff here are friendly and accommodating (they fed myself and my sister Diet Cokes and even provided a bowl of water for my sister's dog). Kyle Mock, who sold me my new car, was very kind and professional - he even offered me a lift from the train station on my car-less journey to pick up my new car. All in all 5 stars - I would highly recommend for anyone that doesn't like pushy sales tactics and being disappointed. I'll be recommending Wollaston Mini to friends and family.

   Had a brilliant experience at MINI. Jack Coates is a lovely guy and great salesman. He made the whole process as quick as possible, while having myself and partner laughing. Clive made our test drive feel very relaxed and natural, whilst being very knowledgable about the car and showing different elements whilst I drove, without overwhelming me. Manager Adam was so friendly and chatty with us also. The whole team are a delight and should be proud of the experience they offer. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, and in fact we did already refer a friend to buy a mini the next week. The car is great and came cleaned and ready to go. Thanks so much to the whole team.

   I have just collected my Mini, which is superb. The service I received from entering the show room test drive, paper work and driving my new vehicle away was fantastic.    Just had the pleasure of dealing with Wollaston Mini and what a great service from start to finish. I dealt with Jack who was fantastic from the start to handing over my new keys! Communication was excellent and Jack made the purchase smooth and stress free. He helped with everything even the process of removing my PX private plate. My new car wasn’t a Mini this time but a beautiful Zafira they had bought in. Super looking car and as clean as they come. Also a quick mention to Gareth who also helped, he was fantastic too! Keep up the good work team!
