Great service made it very special and easy for my mum collecting her mini. Special thanks to the guy that looked after us, wish I remembered his name but I remember he owns a BMW 2 series and has dark hair- made the whole process smooth without forcing any upsell or overwhelming us with questions and information was very knowledgeable which left us to easy decision when it came to the optional warranty. When I come round to my upgrade even from working at a dealership I will be returning to Cazoo Northampton. Very pleased thanks again.

Do not buy any car from Cazoo ever. I had a bad experience. I bought my car in October. At collection time they promise that the car drives perfectly, service it's been done in August the same as MOT . But in 5 weeks after driving, came up on dashboard "Change oil engine". I am paying extra money for service plan and extended warranty monthly so I call them to fix this problem. After waiting more then one hour on the phone the guy told me that I have to wait 5-7 working days for an appointment to the garage. I am so disappointed because an issue came up so soon.

Picked up a 16 plate Merc C220d, looked fantastic. The lady in the shop had no real idea how all the systems operated,but I thought, I'll just work it out using the handbook. Guess what, no handbook when I looked at home!!! On the 50 mile trip home the tyre pressure light came on, so I had to stop and pump it up...300 point check? Got home, the missus wanted to go for a spin, which we did, then the management light came on, went home. Rang Cazoo, took 15 mins to get through, explained all the issues to be told to bring it back, I explained the management light and was told, it's OK, you have RAC cover if it breaks down...after being continuously fobbed off I've told Cazoo I don't want the car and to fetch it back, as I have no confidence in the car or the company.

Unfortunately, my whole experience with Cazoo was totally disappointing. What they promise they don't deliver. Plus they don't respect their own terms and conditions. They have rescheduled my collection 3 times with the 4th finally successful. Their terms and conditions states that if you do not let them know in advance of 24h if you can not make it to the collection they may charge you £250. If I could reverse this terms and conditions they should pay me at least £500. On one of the appointments, I called them in advance to check if they have the car, with a response in a few hours. And the only thing I got was a lousy "sorry". And nobody knew why my car is not getting delivered. I can understand one missed delivery, but 3 missed deliveries? That is not a mistake anymore, it's bad management. My bad I didn't read the reviews before getting in trouble with them and I trusted what they say. I just hope the car is going to be OK, and the reason was not related to the car having problems before delivery. Unfortunately, I can not recommend Cazoo. *** Update *** Engine MIL light is on now. Time to brace myself, for more trouble...

The experience could not have been better. The team there are polite, friendly, helpful and clearly well trained. The centre itself was spotless, with coffee and soft drinks available. I was given an excellent welcome and was well looked after. The process of selling my car was easy, seamless and they keep their promises. Honestly, it was the best customer experience I have ever had from the motor trade. I would highly recommend Cazoo - it's so much better than haggling with a car dealer or having to sell privately. Quite a remarkable experience really. My history of car purchasing is on the seedy industrial estates of Northamptonshire and Leicestershire, which leaves a lasting impression. Cazoo Northampton is just a totally different experience. Super friendly staff, excellent waiting facilities in which I started 'what we do in the shadows' from one of the living room booths they have and free coffee and water throughout my stay. I was kept informed at all times about the progress of my car and was very happy with the outcome of the service. It would be insane not to recommend them at this point!

Very disipointed!!!! I was trying to buy an Audi Q 5 and the car was reserved. I was calling to spoke with them to check if the car is still reserved because I was told it will be on hold until the 11th.In the meantime in the last 7 days the price of the car was going up by £5000 and the milage was reduce from 55000 miles to 13000 miles to justify the higher price of the car.Today they put the milage up to 55000miles but kept the higher price of the car and put it back on the market ready to be sold! When I discuss with them over the phone they are saying that “ THE MARKET IS CHANGING THE PRICE “. But £5000 difference??? !!!!!! It looks like a scam! Check the pictures with the milage and the price!!!
