   John was absolutely amazing! He was completely honest about the car and listened to any queries we had. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing, which made for a lovely experience. The car is in fantastic condition and all paperwork was up to date with noted MOT and Service being very recent. Couldn’t rave more about this small independent garage!

   We looked at buying a mini countryman from West St Mini, John was very helpfull and honest he explained everything. The car would be fully valeted have a full service with MOT any advisories would be repaired/replaced, also anything that we noticed on the car would be corrected. I would highly recommend this garage.

   Great service and really friendly, amazing after care I had a small problem that they manage to fix within 24 hours of having my new mini, they managed to get someone out to me next day to my home and is running smoothly now. Looked at 3 different dealers and this one is by far the best we have been too. Would recommend!!!

   Dreadful dealership - Totally `dis-honourable - bought a car - within weeks it showed faults. Took it to mini and they gave very large quote to fix - dealer suggested I get another opinion and if it was the same he would buy the car back. Second opinion was the same and they have now refused to buy the car back. Going to have to involve solicitors now to recover my costs... One star too much
