   Really disappointed with this groomers as we were lied to for 6 months , had been taking my dog here for approx 6 months, I was told that the groom included nail cutting, we assumed each groom this was being done however when my dog went to the vets we were told his nails hadn’t been cut and as a result had snapped and his dew claw had grown too long and caught and needed to be removed. During our next groomers appointment we asked if they had been cutting his claws as it was included in the groom, we were told they struggle to cut his claws so no longer do it. We explained he never had any issues before and we would be happy to help and come in to help get them cut etc. when we collected him they said they had to muzzle him and he was very distressed but didn’t have time to ask us to come in and help. We then said well we should have a discount if your not providing the service that’s included in the groom and they did not agree. After taking him to another groomers they also said they never had any issues with his nails and it sounds like the groomer couldn’t be bothered to do their job properly. My dogs grooms were very hit and miss, sometimes they looked good and the next time they were very uneven and things were not completed like his ears or his bottom. There was always dogs in crates and it seemed very chaotic, I think they took on too many dogs and they couldn’t handle the pressure. Would not recommend

   Gwens 1st time at this groomers. She looks absolutely amazing, by far the best I've seen. People at the local market were stroking her after and commenting on how lovely and shiny her coat is. Gwen loved her time there and when walking back past the shop gwen wanted to go back in.

   Without a doubt the best grooming parlour in Pontardulais and most probably West Wales .. Yvette goes over and above what you could expect . She genuinely loves dogs and the dogs love her .. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone .. Youve tried the rest now try the very best..

   It is a fairly new dog groomers but the owner is wonderful, she gives each dog cuddles and her individual attention. She greets each customer like a long lost friend. The dog clothes, toys and treats are lovely.
