   December 2025. Contaminated water from the car park leaching into the exterior fishpond. Your website complaint form is not working. 2 x Large koi outside entrance with clearly visible infections. Large goldfish almost dead at bottom of first tank viewed. Store dirty, tanks dirty, pictures taken. This is the second visit in the last 6 months. The place was in the same state on previous visit. The fish are NOT well. Please address these issues and let me know what will be done and when. I'm sure your founder will be very disappointed to hear this particular store is incorrectly managed.

   Plenty of variety if your a new starter or just want to add to your collection of fish. Feel like it's a little under staffed so we were kept waiting for quite a while but got what we wanted eventually. Staff are very knowledgeable and guided us in the right direction for the best fish to buy

   I just want to give a massive shout out and thanks for the fantastic service from Jenny and Ben. I travel 2 hours to my nearest Maidenhead aquatics. They were so incredibly helpful. They helped me sort my tank back to clear and restore my my faith in fish keeping. Very friendly and helpful staff. Credit to your team at Pontarddulais!

   Absolutely AMAZED with the customer service here, especially lovely Jenny! I’m actually not local and called with a strange enquiry regarding sourcing a discontinued aquarium they had available and Jenny really kindly made it possible to get it closer to me. It was so kind of her to go out of her way and update me on the process. 10/10 ✨✨✨✨

   Had lovely fish from here, but unfortunately one of our most recent purchases has ended in sadness. After a matter of less than 2 weeks, and a very quick decline she has died. Based on her look we called her Toothless, and thought we we rescuing her from isolation. Seems we both paid a sad physical & financial price for that decision. I just hope it was nothing which will damage our other fish.

   Wonderful aquatics shop, they had the biggest puffer fish I've ever seen! Such an array of different fish to buy we didn't know where to look first. The tropical fish were unbelievably beautiful. The staff were very attentive and friendly when we bought our Dr fishes. Can't wait to go back!
