   Home delivery from Tesco, Kettering in September. The bleach had leaked and consequently ruined my wife’s sweatshirt as she unpacked it. The driver was really apologetic and said to claim for it from the store. He took photographs to pass to the manager. The claims process was so arduous that in December my wife gave up hope of any resolution. The manager at Kettering was so obstructive it was unbelievable. He would not accept the photographs taken by his own driver and insisted she make an hour plus round trip to Kettering to show them the garment! Apparently this is the process to claim?! Why do Tesco make it so difficult to do the right thing and support loyal customers? Waitrose would have sorted it there and then! Guess you get what you pay for! Shame on you Tesco! Btw he offered me a £20 voucher for a £70 sweatshirt - so insulting! Even worse, he hasn’t even sent the voucher!!!

   This is our regular big shop location but this week I was extra impressed. I lost an earphone under the shelves and couldn’t reach. Charlie was so helpful getting straight down on the floor and digging it out for me. This was Fri 28/11 about 8:45pm. Massive thank you Charlie!

   Been visiting Tesco this morning once i get all my stuff i wish to go and pay went to the queue and when was my turn i wish to open my Club card account unfortunately as there is always problem with the Internet i did not manage to get it open. Im doing my shopping at tesco for many years I learn that its better to have screen shot of my Club card and I used it this way ( never had any issues) until today the cashier didn't want to scan my Club car because was a screen shot they call a manager and she told me same story what for me its ridiculous. She even told me to go outside to try get a signal ! She told me that her stuff been trained and they follow the rules. On the end of the story i payed for my shopping not using my Club card screenshot and straight away want to tesco kiosk and get my points and cash back on the card using exactly same Club card screenshot what I wasn't able to used with cashier... No clue why they make that problem.

   It has become noticeable that the replenishment standards are falling it used to be a superb shop but these days it’s not good Today 17th October miss morning isles are full of replenishment trolleys staff getting the delivery orders ready with hardly any room for shoppers. Fresh fruit isle completly empty , pet food isle empty in places . Stopped going on a Thursday due to the fish isle always being empty but today was just as bad overall (fish was ok). There’s something not right in this store.

   Only I quick visit for essentials no time to look around. It is a good supermarket. But takes time to look at everything. Can be a bit expensive unless you have a club card.

   One of the most impressive buildings in Kettering. The majestic tesco tower greets you already from far away with its clocks announcing the time to each of the 4 winds. A vast concrete landscape invites you to park your vehicle. I recommend the free metal baskets or the scratch cards at the tobacco counter although I never am victorious.

   I usually give 5 stars for any review for a store/shop. I give 4 stars this time because the security tags were left on two items that I bought in-store today. Subsequently I was stopped at the security barrier. Thanks though to Lisa who dealt with me at the security barrier and the person serving me on the checkout.

   Great produce, clean, great parking, helpful staff that you can actually find everywhere and they are always more than happy to help. Glad to see that Tesco is still having tillers as lots of supermarkets expect customers to do unpaid forced labour at the tills, but not this Tesco, here i can still get the shopping experience feel like I am a customer who is being treated like one.
