The best hairdressers! I have had my haircut by PJ 4 times now and it’s by far the best haircut I’ve ever had!
I love every experience I have in this salon. Paula and her team really care about the service they provide, and they listen, understand, and always go the extra mile. Meg has finished another wonderful colour on my hair today, and I would genuinely never go anywhere else.
Leek Francesco is possibly the best hairdressers I have been to! Always feel so welcome by all of the staff, who have the most fantastic hot chocolate machine!! I always come away from there feeling absolutely amazing after having my hair done by Amelia! Probably the only person I would trust touching my hair! After a botched colouring job at a different salon, Amelia worked real magic on turning black with red highlights to beautiful shades of browns! I could not have been happier with my cut and style!
I've been having my hair done by Megan for a few months now and my hair looks incredible everytime. Megan listens to you and makes sure she knows exactly what you want before starting the treatment. Only top notch products are used in the salon to keep your hair as healthy as possible. Salon and instruments are always clean and the staff are always so nice and welcoming. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had a big change of hairstyle today with a balayage and above shoulder bob. Amelia took me in to discuss last week and we made a plan and set out my hair goals. I absolutely love it, she has done such an amazing job and I feel so much more confident. Would recommend to anyone. Thankyou!
I have just had a dry trim for my long hair and a tiny bit off my fringe, on Friday 25th November, at the Francesco Group in Leek. I did not have a shampoo but she blowed dry my hair after spraying with water, when she had finished....... I could not believe she told me this had cost me £40, I paid this but I was in shock when I handed her £40, I am very disgusted and I feel a strong disapproval in how they can charge price's like this. I am shocked!! I don't recommend them and I never will. Bad News!
Fantastic appointment with Paula today. Thorough consultation despite being a regular customer. I had a deep conditioning treatment as I’d been on holiday and my hair had been exposed to the sea, pool and sun. I was given advice on deep conditioning for my next holiday too. Paula cut and blow dried my hair and I felt a million dollars! I felt red carpet ready but Paula also explained everything she did so I could try the styling technique at home. Great calm and friendly atmosphere in the salon too with lovely coffee. More than just a haircut, a bit of pampering too. Thanks FG Leek!
