Sue was so friendly & welcoming from the off - she was professional, took care & her time to listen to exactly what I wanted - we shared a laugh & all in all I was so very very pleased with the outcome - she made me feel human again whilst keeping us both safe! I’ve always had a lot of anxiety around having my hair cut and never actually tried somewhere that wasn’t my childhood hairdresser (I now live 5 hours away and that’s not practical!) Nikki was so understanding and gave me extra time on a day where the salon was quiet. She talked through everything and nothing was rushed.
