New owners now for about 3 years & they have transformed and upgraded the store into something amazing, the staff are friendly. They have a new walk in section for drinks, a great local post office and always make sure my deliveries are collected on time.
These guys put one price on a display but they charge you more once you at the check out. And ofcource they don't give you the receipt.
The manager Mr Satsoroopan delivered exceptional service beyond the call of duty by tracing a Royal Mail parcel . He was incredibly kind and Patient . I would definitely recommend having a parcel delivered to Nisa Local , Brickhill Drive , Bedford Mrs A. Andrews
Don't ever use them for Click and Collect. They have no method of keeping track of what gets delivered. They had my item for a week, before I chased up the seller, who provided me the Royal Mail tracking number showing delivery. NISA then told me it would take up to an hour to find, as everything is piled on the floor in no particular pattern or order. Shambles.
Was over charged. Also price tags wrong in which the price on the tag should have been given. There mistake instead I hot insulted and spoke to like a peace of sh-t. Tesco hurry up and reopen. Update recently got told a disposable 20p mask was 10x the price he wanted 2 quid.
I was banned about 3 years ago as I complained about out of date food still banned to this date as the owner said I was abusive but I explained I had just been diagnosed with mental heath issue but his answer was I don't care very caring NOT
