   Went to collect a parcel, rude lady, unorganised place, couldn't find the scanner. They don't care here about the customer and running the place for themselves. Service is very slow, the assistants are either smoking on break outside or stuffing their mouth with food. There is no sense of speed or urgency Just when they finish eating and smoking on break. And talking. I would not recommend you shop or collect parcels from here. It does not even deserve one star. I went on a Saturday and they had one staff member on the till, she thrust the parcel in to my hand once she eventually scanned it without a care in the world and because she had so much difficulty with this she asked me for ID. I said I've only come to collect a parcel it shouldn't be this hard, a two second job. She glared at me and I said you are so rude I won't be coming back.

   I ordered groceries from this store through the Just Eat app and paid for all the items. However, 5 products were missing from my order! The receipt clearly lists all the items I purchased and paid for but didn’t receive. Nobody informed me that these items wouldn’t be delivered, yet I was charged for them. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

   This Coop has gone downhill since the new manager took over. It used to be such a happy place. There is now only one pull along basket, so it makes shopping difficult if you are older, or have a bad back. When I raised the topic, she blamed it all on shoplifters, and said baskets were on order. If so, they have been on order for a very long time! She seems to stay round the back, leaving one member of staff out front to staff the till and help customers. This on a Saturday, when there are many customers queueing! She was extremely unpleasant when I raised the basket issue with her. I suspect that the shop will loose customers as a result. I certainly will not be returning.

   Delivered a empty box instead of a product through uber eats. Either the staff or the uber driver stole my product. I expect a refund. Co-Op through uber eats have messed up 2/5 of my orders.

   Used an Online Delivery Service to order some items what i received , an item incorrect and 2 other items far more expensive then would normally pay for a bigger size item . Not value for money and ruined my experience shall not be using again.

   The staff at the store are amazing. My son and I walk over to stretch our legs. He loves running around and loves the attention he gets in the store. Was telling the person at the till that he was getting a lollipop and they handed it to him. Thanks for always making my sons day.

   All the staff in this shop give A1 service. They learn your name. Always ready to chat to you. It's makes the shopping experience so much nicer. Your other stores can certainly learn a lot from the team in Queens Drive. They should be looked at as your dream team ❤️
