The price increased by over £50 between my last 3 regular appointments. I always have the same service. Between the previous 2 appointments there was a 50p increase. Less than 5 weeks later it was an increase of £52. I hadn’t been informed of any upcoming price increases. There was nothing advertised in the salon or on social media. This is totally unacceptable. I contacted the salon on numerous occasions and was promised a £15 refund. I would expect much more. However I am still waiting for said refund hence my only option now is to take to publicly calling out this dreadful management behaviour. The salon has seriously gone downhill under the new management. On arrival at the salon there is no receptionist to greet you, the phone rings and goes unanswered. All the staff appear to be very unhappy with the way things are being (not) dealt with. There’s an uncomfortable feeling in the salon.
Thank you to Chloe who did an amazing job!! I hadn’t had my hair coloured in an hairdressers for about 20 plus years and had boxed dyed since. I felt so dowdy but Chloe was as lovely and friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. I came out feeling fabulous. The colour the cut everything was as just brilliant! Thank you Chloe!

The salon had a lovely atmosphere and all the staff were very friendly. I was met at the door straight away and was made to feel welcome. Salon is very modern and stylish. Megan did a great job, very happy with her service. I would definitely recommend and have booked another appointment!
Excellent service and welcoming as always and amazing final results.. I love love love my hair and will always go back and recommend Megan, she’s very talented and just a lovely person. Everything from welcome to paying was a great experience and a lovely few hours of pampering.
The ladies here are just amazing! My son isn’t a fan of having his hair cut at all and gets really upset. Selina is just brilliant with him and works around him each time. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks ladies. X

My 8 year old decided to cut her long long hair for the little Princess Trust. I was so nervous but Selina was absolutely amazing with my daughter and with me! We both left absolutely delighted with the end result and my daughter LOVED the whole experience! Thank you!
