What a fabulous salon. I am a mature lady and a little sceptical about going into a salon but Lydia made me feel very welcome. I was a little nervous to begin with but soon felt at ease. Lydia explained at every stage what she would be doing and by the end I was relaxed and I would recommend the salon to everyone. My microblading exceeded my expectations and I feel years younger. I am absolutely delighted with the results and can't wait to show all my friends.

I visit Lydia every 6 weeks for eyebrows eyelashes and waxing treatment. The salon is spotless the treatment is very professional. The atmosphere is friendly and the treatments are to a hight standard and excellent value for money. I have had pedicures and eyebrow treatment and always feel great when l leave.
I first visited Phoenix Beauty in January for a back massage. Helen was my therapist and she was just wonderful, just the right pressure and she worked on the knots in my shoulders, of which there were many! I left that day with a lot more movement in that area than I have felt for a long time. Since then I have returned for a monthly treatment. I have also had other treatments from Helen including a deluxe pedicure, excellent, eyebrow shape and tint again really, really pleased. Lydia and Helen are both very welcoming and friendly and I am so pleased to have found this salon and would highly recommend it.
