I’ve never had to claim but get the impression it would be done properly.     A very traditional insurance company to deal with. For example: no annoying call menus to navigate your way through. You ring and somebody answers you and helps you. So many other insurance companies abandoned these core business values years ago. It is an absolute pleasure to find at least one out there that hasn’t. I’ve never made a claim in all the years I’ve been with them, so I can’t review them on how they deal with those, but I am as confident as I can be that if I did have to make a claim, then I would be dealt with fairly and professionally.
