   I moved to this company during the pandemic. They and in particular Sarah have been outstanding. They have helped me deal with the business interruption claim and been a huge support even though I was not even thier client at the time. They are fair, just and get back to you always. They, unlike many Brokers these days represent you and not the insurance company. They are an outstanding outfit. I will never use anyone else ever and neither should you. They have a customer for life. They hunt for pricing and policies that are right for you. Brilliant outfit and they can be proud of what they do. This was the best Google search I ever made. Thank you to the team for being simply brilliant and the benchmark of what a broker should be.

   An excellent insurance brokerage! They are able to use creativity to tailor-make comprehensive and good value insurance. Any time you call the phone rings for a maximum of 2-3 seconds before either Sarah or Emma pick up the phone and are unbelievably pleasant and helpful. No recorded tele-messages asking you to hold and saying how busy they are and how important the call is to them. Immediate and perfect customer service. Any claims process again, you deal with Emma or Sarah, and they sort everything out for you. Cannot recommend highly enough!

   very friendly service. Spoke to Jamie over the phone and he asked questions to identify my insurance needs. I am glad that I took the insurance as a few month later my jewellery was stolen and I called Jamie, he explained what I needed to do and emailed me the telephone no. that I needed to call. The claim went smoothly and received check from insurance company.
