   I was recommended to Paul Catchpole by a friend, and I’m so glad I went ahead. As a first-time solo buyer, the process felt quite daunting, but Paul went above and beyond to guide me through every stage. He explained everything clearly, always made sure I understood what was happening, and told me exactly what I needed to do next, which made the whole process feel much more manageable. What really stood out is that Paul even negotiated the property price on my behalf — something I’ve since learned most mortgage advisers don’t do.
