   Stylist made an absolute mess of cut, uneven layers. Contacted them 6 times over a week asking politely for my hair to be put right and was ignored until I asked for a refund. Refunded small amount despite explaining I had got to go to another salon for them to put my hair right. This is following me booking an appointment to turn up and no one was there... they did book me in the next day in that occasion. My experience was always good prior to this and I did respect Laura's passion- she needs to watch who she allows to cut hair under her brand and improve her customer service when things do go wrong.

   Appalling service My partner used BETHANY multiple times and she consistently took her money and bleached her hair, thus ruining and killing her hair; she is now having to pay for treatment for her hair to try and resurrect it. Can 100% NOT recommend using this service

   A fabulous stylist and colourist - Laura is amazing. She really studies her craft and is fantastic. She totally restyled my hair - more than twice and she creates a cut that allows it to grow and still remains with great colour and style. One fo the best stylists I have ever been to.
