   I've just completed my first house purchases which was made so much smoother by working with Nicky and team from Excel! I had no clue about anything, but Nicky was always on hand to help. I felt that, not only did she do all the hard work in finding the right mortgage and additional optional services (buildings and contents etc), but she was so emotionally supportive through a very stressful process! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor. Worth every penny.

   I use Excel Mortgage Services Ltd for all my BTL mortgages. I go to them all the time because they offer a very personal service delivered in a timely fashion. Both Tony and Judith are very professional. Judith keeps me informed of progress so I don’t have to worry that I might miss important deadlines. As such Excel Mortgages have become the go to service for members of my family too. Oh! One other thing....lodging documents is a breeze on their easy to navigate portal. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending their services.

   We decided to make an appointment with Tony for an initial discussion about mortgages as we are first time buyers. This consultation was free of charge and at no point did Tony pressure us into using his services. We were going to shop around to see if we could find a cheaper mortgage broker but we soon realised that Excel Mortgages offered very good value for money and we decided to stick with them. We do not regret this decision at all and are so thankful. Tony and Sarah were so helpful, approachable and understanding throughout and always had time to discuss any ongoing queries we had. Tony found us an amazing mortgage offer and we do not feel we would have been able to find anything better by ourselves, mainly because we wouldn’t have known where to start! We also sorted our life insurance with Excel Mortgages, again this was a free consultation with no pressure to proceed. Tony also adjusted the cover amounts in order to make our monthly payments more affordable. We are so grateful to Excel Mortgages and would not hesitate to recommend them. Excel Mortgages - Excellent Service!!!
