   I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Tesco store. As a loyal customer, I've always made sure to pay for my shopping in full. Unfortunately, the staff didn't provide the respect and professionalism I expect. I interacted with Saidat, who was particularly unhelpful, rude and escalated the issue to her manager, Lynne. Unfortunately, Lynne didn't seem to understand or listen to my concerns. I hope that the staff will receive training on how to treat customers with respect and professionalism, and consider implementing measures like body cameras to ensure fair handling of customer complaints. None of the staff members working on the front desk of customer care had body cam on.

   Yes convenient for people in and around area's and because huge carark free with enoughf disable slots& major high street named Bussinness of all nessessery needs its easy for shopping and environment is buzzing with people's footfall. Various diffrent shop's around like chemist inside Tesco,,clothing, next barbar, out in walking ladies beautysaloon, Subway,Chinese, Koreans, ,ATM,Wheelchair friendly ,toilets. There is outside Sri Sai temple ,boots.Almost every eating place out in Kingston center,Macdonald, Petrol pump,car wash Nandos And easy to join M1 and M6,yes almost covers every day shopping required items so you can finish all your shopping in 1 place and good day out family friendly with securely watched by cctv TV and present of security

   This feels like a newly refurbished store with many of the chiller cabinets being the upright ones. A nice fresh store. A huge car park shared across all the stores on that retail park.

   There's a fuel station available. A cafe Toilets. An upstairs with clothes and homeware. Plenty of parking outside. Store a little bit dated, and breakfast was quite dry. Still, its location is convenient in the middle of the main area, you cannot miss it.

   When ever I try to pick up my click and collect order they have 2 of the 3 bay full with their own vans which then leaves customers queuing to get the one remaining space. It took me 30 minutes to collect my order today 20 minutes to get into the bay and then, for reasons unknown, it took 10 minutes for them to bring my order out.

   racially profilled as soon as i walked in by some old woman who wasnt even the manager trying to tell me i was involved in an incident and being told i was banned when ive never stepped food in there before she also proceeded to point at me in my face and accuse me of being involved in an incident involving a taxi driver

   This is a great tesco store nice and spacious. Lots of stock. Really like it and the cafe cool on a hot day, lovely. Just love the staff here in the cafe and the store itself, do visit alot. Also the phone shop in this store the staff ali and trish are superb i recommend them highly.
