Refused to take ups parcel due to size (1mx0.5mx0.2m). No mention on ups or shop website about size limit. No attempt to resolve problem, just refused.

Rude and unhelpful staff! The lady working at the shop today asked us to provide commercial invoice for sending documents abroad. Not only she was thick as pumpkin, but refused to hear the explanation. Her simple answer was- Not my problem! It is your problem when you have been paid to provide services to customers! Appalling!Will never use for UPS services or anything else ever again!
The service was excellent and the people there were extremely benevolent. Favourite shop .
