   Poor customer service from a man who wears glasses towards my husband. He has acted this way more than once.. comes across racist, extremely rude, raising his voice the whole time unprovoked, starts off shouting - what?! How has Tesco company not changed the employees of this shop I do not know. But one more time this person is rude for no good reason, I will make sure a formal complaint is sent to the head office of Tesco company. And highly recommend others to do the same .. shameful

   This is a good store and all the staff are lovely except for the older lady with curly black/grey hair and glasses. She has been rude to both myself and my partner on a number of occasions, unprovoked, and I have witnessed her being rude to other customers many times also. If she doesn't like people she should get another job. We're always polite and friendly. The sign says not to be abusive to staff, and as she also wears a camera, I think she feels free to be nasty without repercussions. I took one star off for only her and her awful and often passive aggressive attitude. How many more bad reviews will be written about her before she is reprimanded?

   Going into the store to see an employee wearing just a gilet exhibiting sweaty, hairy armpits is unacceptable. This dress is totally against Tesco dress code and if the heat is an excuse a polo shirt will be far cooler than a fleece gilet.

   Shopping last night when another customer pointed out to the cashier that a shoplifter had stolen a large amount of baby milk powder. The cashier shrugged his shoulders !! Shall we all do our shopping like that if the staff don’t care !!!!

   It's a small supermarket. What more can one say. Been here a dozen times and never had to talk or be served by any staff members so that obviously I've always found what I went into the store for.

   The lady at the till today needs to be retrained. Very poor customer service and a racist. This Tesco has a poor rating. I hope the Mgt will step up otherwise customers will go elsewhere. I was asking her for assistance as my club card app was not responding. Her attitude was very bad.

   My step son who is 23yrs old went to buy a bottle of Rum. He was with his sister who is 3months away from her 18th. The assistant at the tills who is a person lacking in customer service skills as I have experienced her attitude on number of times asked for his ID which he duly gave and then she said "i want to see hers" or i cant serve you. Who .akes this ridiculous rule up. Would they not serve me with alcohol if I was with her and i am 59? Will buy my provisions elsewhere and simeone needs to have words with that woman who is incidentally not a younger lady

   I don't know why we bother to shop here on occasion. I have no other reason to rate this low other than to say that of the 10 times out of 10, staff have always been very rude. I've written to Tesco concerning one particular person regarding their attitude and foul treatment of customers. Of course no action will ever be taken - but just to make note of. Seriously, save yourself the trip and go to Sainsbury's or Waitrose - or if you can be bothered, the big Tesco.
