   Absolute worst customer service I have ever received anywhere in my life. Man was incredibly rude when I asked if the shop was the DHL Express drop off point (as the DHL website only said the address, not the shop name, and I’d never been there before so was just confirming I was in the right place). He looked at me like I’d asked the stupidest question in the world and said “well which is it? Which do you want?” So obviously I’m confused because I don’t know what he’s even asking. The place was specifically listed as being an EXPRESS DHL drop-off point, so I’m assuming it offers DHL express… “Do you want DHL or express? Not both. This is DHL” he said shaking the reader at me. Again, huh? Do you not know what services you offer from your shop?? He tells me “give it to me” (about the parcel) all the while huffing like I’ve inconvenienced him so much. I guess he was enjoying loitering outside the shop with his mate too much when I showed up and he slinked inside, hood still up. So he scans it, I ask if I can get any proof of sending receipt as the DHL email I got for doing the return told me to ask for one. Big mistake. Got my head bitten off again. He starts ranting that they will send me an email as proof, which would have been fine if he just said this (in a nicer tone) but literally kept going on saying “it might be 5 mins might be 2, I don’t know, I’m not them. You will get an email that’s it”. Will be speaking to DHL too to get them to reevaluate having this shop as a drop off point. Save yourself the sorrow and take a longer journey to go somewhere else.

   Very good shop - best in the area easily. Not expensive, very friendly staff and cater to a wide range of customer produce. They seriously pack a lot into that shop.
