   Good prices, great deals. Friendly professional staff. The only complaint is that it can get a little cramped when busy or when the staff are stocking up. No fault on the staff, just maybe shop floor needs be planned better by the higher ups

   Shop is full of expired products on the shelves. When trying to buy something without realising on multiple occasions, the managers just come and rip it quickly out of your hands and walk away, without any apology for inconvenience, both managers, the mid aged woman and the young guy. Customer service non existing! Management level Zero! Merchandising level Zero!

   I bought products without checking the expiration date and after I made the meal it had a bad smell because of an expired mayonnaise. Because of that mayonnaise I threw away all the food and lost much more than the cost of that mayonnaise and time I lost it! I just tasted the food and I feel like my mouth is stinging!!! Today is March 14/2024 and mayonnaise has expired since 9/2023!!!

   Sometimes the assistant can be a what I call lacking in please and thank. Now I'm old school, manners cost nothing. But this afternoon I watched an assistant use the little delivery guy and just throw someone's order into it. Er No. If you don't like your job...then leave. I thought co cop were better than this.

   Our local shop, 2 mins away. Lovely, chatty staff but the store itself isn't great. Never open when it should be (sometimes turn up at 8/9pm and it's shut...) The staff are never behind the counter so you constantly have to search for staff to pay as the self service machines NEVER WORK or only accept cards. Extremely stingy with discounts, never find reduced items like other stores, lucky if you get 40p off an item

   Co-op isn't what it used to be. It is trying to be something it is not. After visiting a number of the chains shops I have found their pricing structure is not quite right and not very competitive. For whatever reasoning behind it, there does need to be a pricing review. Long before covid malarkey hit, the Co-ops pricing was at best higher for basics than it really needs to be. As for the store and staff, they are always friendly except the Orton Centre in Peterborough and some and also Coningsby

   Wheelchair access, clean, fresh reasonably priced fruit &veg. A bit of all sorts on the shelves. Friendly helpful staff. Has a free cash machine outside. Plenty of parking. Not sure of opening and closing times.
