   Will not use ever again. I arrived to collect my parcel, the gentleman behind the till scanned my code and said it’s not here. Even though my parcel shows on the tracker to be there. So I left, after having rang Yodel who assured me that the parcel was in fact in the shop, I rang the man, to which he said “ well what proof do they have” I insisted that the parcel was in fact there, and he then said “ oh hangs on, what’s your name” long story short, he completely wasted my time, it is a very gloomy and dinghy place to walk in to in the first place. And now I have to go back and do the whole trip again. Completely unprofessional with a very much I don’t care attitude. Won’t be putting my support there. Plenty other shops with better attitudes.

   If you close your shop earlier than it says on the sign please change your signs and times online, you’ve caused me a massive inconvenience as I have a bad knee and now have too walk too goldings, so thanks for nothing jokers.

   Useless bunch. DO not!! take amazon return to them as it will disappaer!! I've left my items there, they told me all good and, that they cannot give me any proof that I left it there!!! 1 month later the return still not complete and I can't get my refund as I don't have proof!!! AVOID at any cost.
