It's a lovely park with good accessibility for everyone. It has a massive pond in which to feed the ducks and a good play park for kids. Also a cafe on site (a bit expensive). On the other side of the park is a circuit for cyclists which is perfect for kids and sometimes hots Cycall which is an inclusive bike program for kids and adults with special needs and restrictions. I gave the park 4 stars as it used to be a lot better when it had a fun centre, miniature railway, paddling pool & boats. Now its just a nature walk which is nice but more boring for kids. Also there are limited dog poo bins and the picnic area is directly next to the sewage works.

Always a pleasure to go to this park. Children's play area, cafe and ample parking. Good for Nature and birds. Walks around the lakes with a boardwalk. Public toilets.

When I stopped at Lancing for a few days I just had to visit this park. It's a nice place that seems to have something for everyone. Plenty of footpaths to walk along, a mixture of open and wooded areas, kids play areas, and a lovely body of water full of different kinds of water loving birds. It was nice to have a walk around, then take a break on one of the many benches around the place. With it being close to the coast and along the edge of Lancing, it was easy to get to too.

My first time going since they pumped some money into it I have to say it's a great transformation even though there are still some bits that require attention. The playground is now a great safe place to take children of various ages and abilities. It's a nice open plan space for children to run around safely. There is a designated trace for bikes which is great if you're teaching your little one how to ride. The walk around the lake is very nice a peaceful. The cafe is still under construction which meant there were no toilets available which is why we left in the end. Hopefully this will be addressd soon. Over all a great morning out and well worth a visit.

Really pleasant walk round with the kids, lots of place to stop and feed the ducks. It's nice to see the lake back on the up after it was drained and closed for so long, used to live coming as a child so happy I can recreate those memories with my own children.

The guys working on this park to improve it have done a fantastic job, brand new park, paths, gym area and the ponds are now clean and flowing better. This area is ideal for families, dog walkers, however the cycling lanes are dangerous as the cyclists are going at speed and if your on that path you could collide, the paths are going around the tree's so you don't see oncoming bikes!!

The old golf course at the back of Brooklands had been turned into a great dog walking area with loads of space for dogs to run freely and safely. The workers are in laying paths through this area more than doubling the size of the park. I was unsure at first, but it is looking really good. I just hope dog walkers are not forgotten. Looking forward to the new cafe.

Brooklands used to be amazing, the little train, play area, go karts and paddling pool. But it's all gone and has been for a while. What is left is an empty shell of a place. The lake is lovely, feeding the ducks is good fun. The park is terrible, every time we go more and more things get taken and not replaced. The grass is wild all over the place so you must keep to the tiny path. Perfect for dog walkers, but other than that I wouldn't bother visiting until the council spend a bit of money on the poor place.

Suitable for a short nice walks for a dog...plenty of green fields for your beloved pet to walk and run around...the new board walk pathways is quite appealling for those who loved watching ducks. Lovely little place!
