Went in the aqua park inflatables, price was fair, but if there are a few of you it can become pricey. The staff were all really friendly. I would say 2 showers at the end seem a little pointless, but you do need to rinse off. Fair amount of algae under the inflatables but I guess this is normal... I wouldn't know. One thing I would improve is the signage when driving in, we really had no idea where we were going, saying that we working it out in the end.

I took my son and his 3 friends to the Aqua Park for his 14th birthday, it was almost £100 which I thought I was fairly steep for less than an hour on the water course. Everyone had a good time so that was the main thing. However, I was really shocked a week or so later to receive a parking fine for £60 due to not parking put the correct parking duration on the RingParking App. I contacted Bewl Water a couple of times by email to see if they could do anything to assist with appealing the fine but I didn't get a response. I also tried to call but it seems impossible to speak to anybody. All in all I feel pretty let down by Bewl Water not to even acknowledge my complaint. I realise it was my own fault with not paying the adequate parking but to be penalised in this way seems very unfair and not to even get any acknowledgement to my emails has resulted in me never wanting to return.

Great bike ride even with the big hill. Very narrow in places on this climb so be careful. Great place for all the family. Just bike route could be a little smoother.

A beautiful place to visit for both peace and quiet and action too! The water is in fact a reservoir set in a lovely rural location. There are some short walks but if you feel brave you can walk through woods and meadows for 12.5 miles ( 20km) all the way around the lake. It's possible to fish on the lake for a few and you are allowed to take home trout but other fish have to go back. They have an aqua park and various boats available and in the summer pedalos. Its possible to hire bikes too! There is a cafe and an ice cream hut too and good toilet facilities. There are some stunning views and plenty of peace if you want it. There are some play areas for kids. Water based activities are chargeable but just enjoying Bewl Water is free. Parking is £5 for the entire day and you can use the Ringo App if you wish

We stayed in one of the yurts in the 1st week of the summer holidays for 3 days and we were very impressed. The yurt was beautifully decorated and very comfortable the facilities were clean and tea and coffee was provided. We also got breakfast included at the cafe each morning. We brought our bikes and enjoy some lovely bike rides and booked onto the aqua park twice because we loved it so much!!! Even though everything was great the staff and how friendly they were was the best thing, everyone taking time to talk to us and help us if we needed it, even the security guard visits early evening to say hi. A wonderful place to visit and we will definitely be back.

Had a great time here but worth noting that the activity states to arrive 45 mins earlier than the time slot... DONT because you are just waiting for other people to arrive for those 45 minutes which is a total waste of time and in the heat today was not nice. So any late arrivals get the most benefit it seems! However that said the park was great fun but 10 people less would have been better and the showers after, they have just 2 for 40 approx people who finish the activity at the same time, might as well not have them?

The actual aqua park is great and the lifeguards are great too. But the booking system is the worst. Tried to charge me £42,000 for 3 people!

Really brilliant day out, loads of facilities and everything we needed was provided. The changing facilities were big and spacious with plenty of locker room to store everything when on the water. The staff were really friendly and helpful with getting us wetsuits and buoyancy aids. There was a safety briefing before we walked down to the lake and shoes are a must! The ground was a mix of stones, dust and grass. There is a place to put your shoes (and shower) just before you get into the lake. The obstacles and inflatables were really fun and spaced out so although it seemed like a lot of people, we were all spaced out. Some really big obstacles to jump off of (and some not to tall ones if that’s more your style). The day was brilliant, water temp was around 22.5 degrees.

Really good fun. An hour flew by and my kids aged 12 and 15 loved it. Proper work out as well! Thought staff and organisation was excellent. Will definitely go back.
