   Great communication and a fantastic team. I came in over the weekend for a balayage, but after leaving the salon I realised I wasn’t completely happy with it. I phoned up to discuss this and they understood me completely, then booked me in again so that we could resolve it (which they absolutely did - I love my hair!). During this follow-up appointment, they made me feel listened to and were not resentful of my complaint - I really appreciated this. Overall, this is a salon that places a great emphasis on customer satisfaction, highly recommend.

   Really good customer service and friendly staff but most importantly I am very happy with my haircut after having bad experiences with others in the past. The staff also give great advice when you’re not 100% sure about what you want doing. I definitely wouldn’t go elsewhere now :)

   Went here for the first time for a cut and colour match for new extensions (extensions were done elsewhere) and the ladies matched my colours with the samples I gave them perfectly. I am really pleased with the results and would highly recommend this place. Lovely friendly ladies too xxx
