Love my visits to Francesco. Natalie is an excellent stylist who has fabulous ideas to lift your style and gives sound advice whilst listening to my requirements.
Really enjoyed my first experience in the salon today. Had my hair cut and coloured with Charlotte and she did exactly what I was hoping for, and I also had the glass hair treatment which was recommended and my hair feels so sleek which is something I always try to achieve.
Summer did an amazing job of freshening up my hair, I wanted a full head of colour similar to my natural shade so regrowth wouldn’t be an issue. Summer created the perfect colour to give a really glossy effect and I wanted more of a blunt cut without taking too much off the ends which she did exactly how I wanted. Also to mention the lovely head massage and Wella products they use, 10/10 would definitely recommend summer.
Absolutely brilliant! Great service and friendly staff. I am so happy with my very short haircut: Alesha is so patient and knowledgeable, I feel really looked after in her hands. Love it! Cannot recommend enough!
All I can say is that Alesha is absolutely amazing, I had an appointment for just a blow dry but my hair salon where I live in America let me down, I was attending my nephews wedding that was taking place the day I was at Francesco’s and Alesha totally rescued me, not only did she blow dry my hair she cut and thinned my hair, the results were fantastic. I have lived in the USA for seven years and since living here nobody has done my hair anywhere as good as what Alesha did, thank you for making my day Alesha you are one awesome young lady.
Had a quote when came in for consultation and today had hair done which I love but it cost over £50 more than original quote. Won't be using here again if they say one quote then change it on the day you have the appointment
Charlotte was supper helpful with helping me decide with the Balayage, cut and styling of my hair and turned out amazing! I have been re scheduling and they were able to fit me in quickly. I highly recommend this place!
