This vets is absolutely amazing they are all about the animals they really do care they explain everything in detail they walk and talk you through everything you will be in safe hands bringing your fur baby here highly recommend this vets staff are absolutely amazing

The staff are lovely and really go that extra mile for you. I have only recently joined the practice, but I have been really impressed with the service provided.
Professional and friendly service. In my personal experience, they have been very prompt with assessments and treatment. I like their "Pet Club" which allows you to spread the cost of vaccinations over monthly payments and includes a free health check and worming treatment.
I found an injured bird and took it in for an examination, the staff and the vet were very kind and professional, other people brought in their pets who all looked very calm and happy to be there. I also changed my vet to here as a result of the treatment the injured bird had. The staff were empathetic and kind.
Came to ask for prescription for ill kitten. This illness was very danger to him. Could end up with his death. They sent me back home with nothing and booked appointment over a week later. After that time my kitty would be death. Likely I have some left over medication from adult cat. I wasn't sure if I can use it to little kitten and how much but have no advice from them. Likely I've trust my instynkt and give him this medication, last me only for few days, but it was for him live or die. When he was better I've bought some medication from internet. We have 3 cat's with them over 4 years. I was so disappointed this time so I'm thinking to change practice. I don't think I can go to them anymore.
The staff are very kind and informative. They were extremely helpful when my cat was diagnosed with heart failure and always take great care of her at her visits. I am forever grateful for these people, their efforts don't go unrecognised ❤️ Thank you to the team at animal doctors Clydach!
Brilliant service from our local vet. Our dog has been registered here for 3 years and he's had a few incidents (accident prone is an understatement). The service received has always been top quality and never waiting long, even during the pandemic. There have been 2 incidents that have been very minor (tick removal and dew claw came off) and the vet provided free advice on both occasions (in person giving our dog a look over on one occasion and virtually by email and photographs on another). Great service and highly professional while also being friendly and approachable. Would highly recommend
Decided to switch vets to here after issues with previous. Lovely vets, the waiting room is spacious and well looked after, the vets are great - you can tell they love animals! All in all, happy with the switch.
