   Horrendous, asked for layers to be cut into my hair and some length to be taken off the back .. Ended up with steps all through my hair .. God knows what I’m going to do with it , I’m at the end of my tether No I won’t be returning.. Plus I had to wait for the hairdresser to turn up … This review doesn’t cover every hairdresser there , there are probably some good ones ..

   Went for a full head colour, was dark blonde and wanted it lighter. Came out dark brown and was told it was my fault for the over the counter hair colour I had been using and the shampoo. No offer to redo it or a reduction in price. Attitude of the manager was bad

   Honestly I've never had such a positive experience at a hairdressers before. Hope trimmed my hair for me and listened to everything I said and solved every issue with no trouble, she was very talkative and was so easy to get along with and it completely distracted me from how anxious I felt. She gave pleanty of feedback on how to handle my hair and what I should do in order to have it the way I like it and was overall so helpful and so kind. She did exactly and I was overall satisfied with the outcome. Highly reccomend this place such a welcoming environment

   Lovely atmosphere, Tracey really knows her job well. Very professional both before, during and after treatments. Convenient on Newport High Street. Only minus was the time to get an appointment but this is because she is so popular.

   Awful experience, hair was treated so roughly by a very rude stylist. Haircut itself was okay but the whole experience was not. Hairstylist just kept talking to other stylists throughout my hair cut, except for "is this length ok" and "bye", she completely ignored me. Just really wasn't a pleasant welcoming environment.
