She takes time to discuss shades and shape and is totally professional, friendly and skilled in what she does and puts you at ease ( I was a little apprehensive about having the treatments done) and also in a nice clean and hygienic room.    I was very nervous about having my eyebrows microbladed but from the start Maisie was so understanding. Her knowledge and advice soon put me at ease as she talked me through the process.    Really pleased with my new eyebrows… mine were disappearing with no definition or shape and my mornings are so so much easier now that I don’t have to get the brow pencil out! I was very nervous about getting my brows tattooed but the process was much easier than expected. Maisie was very professional and patient in understanding what I wanted to achieve. I won’t deny that it smarted a little before the second lot of anaesthetic gel was applied but then it just felt like they were being shaved. My brows healed very quickly with no problems at all.. and although a little dark at first the colour settled within a couple of weeks or so. Thanks Maisie for doing such a great job!
