    Had everything that I needed to get. Would like a sanitiser station at the entrance so that you could hand sanitise before touching any items.

    There is often nowhere to park when dropping parcels off. More frustratingly, there is never a time there is not some comment about the time you drop off a larger package. It is either too late, too early, or on my last visit I was told DPD often do not turn up. It was the same with my UPS packages however, always something to complain about. The word 'service' seems to have been lost in translation. I frankly do not want to know or care. I want to drop my package off and go. So on my last visit, I decided not to make these people's life difficult anymore, I told them that if I was obviously causing an inconvenience yet again I would go elsewhere. There was almost an attempt to stop me, but I am done. I went to the local Curries who dealt with my packages within 2 minutes. Friendly smile, in and out in 2 minutes flat. Suffice it to say that my friend and family will not be shopping at the local family shopper again!
