Clinician had no idea what was wrong with my dog. Paid £120. My dog is still displaying the same symptoms and I have no clue whats wrong with him. Not the same Alpha vets as it used to be. Overpriced.
Lovely receptionist and got a non-emergency booking for the next day. Arrived on time and there was no wait. Lovely interaction with vet and I felt they took the time to listen and were understanding and not patronising. Left with a suitable solution and didn't feel ripped off. No one tried to sell me anything expensive either! I also liked the fact that there were clear prices on the products they were selling. Would recommend!
Amazing service at Alpha Vets. We are on holiday at Pembrey Country Park, with two of our dogs having had operations 10 days ago at our own vets in England. Alpha vets very kindly said they would remove the stitches and gave them a very thorough examination at the same time. One of our dogs is very nervy and the vet was brilliant with him, she got down on his level and was very calm. A perfect visit and should we ever need to use them again, we wouldn’t hesitate to do so. Thanks!!
I have been with Alpha for nearly 25 years and I have always felt at ease when I have taken my dog for whatever reason. Staff are friendly and the whole building is clean and tidy. A wonderful veterinary clinic.
Buddy and Oreo always receive excellent care each time we visit. Our vet puts them at ease, and us! He always listens and understands any concerns we have, and explains everything in a reassuring way. I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Diolch
Very friendly staff at the practice, we were put at ease about the condition of our puppy who had a very poorly eye, we were informed of what what wrong with him and what treatment was needed relieving our anxiety straight away. We are very happy we have chosen this practice to register our puppies with them and look forward to a very happy relationship as our dogs grow up.
Took our 10 month old pup who wasn’t himself & yelping when being picked up. They fitted him in straight. Vet said it was inflammation gave an injection & medication for the next day. Within a couple of hours he was back to himself. Staff are very helpful & friendly. Would highly recommend
I had an appointment made for my hamster very quickly, and she was seen by the vet that myself and my family have been taking our pets to for over 20 years, so I have the utmost faith in him. My hamster was assessed and treated well. I would highly recommend this practice.
