    In the eight years I’ve been coming to this corner shop I have always found the staff to be courteous, helpful and friendly to myself and other customers. It’s a bonus to have a clean well-stocked shop in this neighbourhood and if something needs returning - an unusual occurrence! - a refund is given with grace and good humour.

    What a bad attitude! Just because I returned some biscuits that were soft despite being in date. So what? If they tasted off I am entitled to return them! He got angry and smashed the biscuits on the floor saying they’re meant to be like that! I know it was not his fault the product was not of a certain quality but there was no need to be so angry and disrespectful! Let me take myself off to Tesco Metro going forward. They charge more but they don’t treat you like rubbish! Former regular customer who’s not going back! One star because it won’t let you put no stars!

    Refused to serve my partner tonight for tobacco. Baring in mind we are regulars, my partner says come on mate I'm a regular he said no I don't know you.... Spoken to like absolute rubbish. Not happy. Definitely lost our custom. Will not be returning to rude and viglent people.
