Very friendly and helpful staff! Debbie helped us massively and explained how to join the membership program to help us save more when we visit
Some of the staff are a bit moody and lazy but the rest are sound and helpful especially the little Irish lady sound shops to walk round part from parking
Staff are always friendly and helpful particularly today when I had a mishap with a bottle of wine they were immediately on scene and took over making sure I was ok and cleaned up the mess. Thank you
Good co-op, lovely friendly staff. In general lots of good products available. Wish they had a little more free-from stuff available as this is always a struggle to find. (Particularly breads etc. that are both gluten free and apple & legume free).
A huge thank you to Wayne Dobson and the team from Co-op Funeralcare, London Rd, Kettering who came to our rescue at very short notice to donate soft drinks and sweet treats for our army of Volunteers at the Starlight walk. They have also kindly donated goods for our Tree of Lights and for Tree recycling in the past.
Pleasant staff, clean and organised. No separate queue for the self service which no one was using and didnt realise until the queue went down.
I thought I'd forgotten my Co-op card today and had already paid when I found it. The lady at the checkout kindly promised to add my points at the end of the day, making a note of the number. I was in there ~2.30-3.00pm. Many thanks to this cashier!!!
