I was in the vicinity when this incident happened and there was nothing but serious professional conduct happening, why wouldn’t a colleague stop shoplifting? They are protecting the companies stock and assets, rather than ripping this guy with an investigation how about applauding him for going that extra mile? “Staff helpful. Has cash machine at the side of building. Checkout is slow but that's because staff chat with customers. Was offered a bag and said no but was still given one and charged. Did see reduced items that should be refrigerated in a trolly by the tills and they was still not a bargain. Could do with a rethink about shifting reduced food items was a big on a concern seeing meat in a trolly reduced and not refrigerated. Might be a good idea to have that stuff in the fridge. The shop is not the cheapest but is handy. But I would recommend staff take a food hygiene course as was shocked at un refrigerated meat reduced. Could do with good deep clean and dead plants outside binned.”

“The more I visit this mini-market the more I like it. Occasionally, I stand outside and wait for it to open. I wait in eager anticipation for the sequence of events to commence. Lights are switched on, steel shutters are raised just like a portcullis in a castle. At the appointed hour the door is unlocked and the lady with the broom commences her daily chores. Her movements as she sweeps with her partner, the broom, is, a delight not to be missed. O the elegance and delicate movement is beguiling. Once inside one finds the shelves well stocked with quality merchandise; the aisles are relatively spacious, unlike a similar mini-market, in Rowell. As the hours pass, it gets very busy. And at the checkouts one is greeted by the most friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and superlative checkout assistants one could wish to meet. Finally, there is ample free car parking behind this wonderful emporium. Strongly recommended.”
