Definitely 5 star service, I kinda new what I wanted but I’m not very knowledgable on tanks and so forth, the staff were very good went through several options and showed me how to get the best usage. I will definitely be returning thank you for helping a novice. Very happy with my purchases.
When I find a person in a Vape shop that makes me feel comfortable, has a personality and has knowledge in what they are selling me, I end up making that place my go to vape shop! Tim is great, highly recommend making sure you go to him with your questions. Great customer service and friendly staff, Tim is great at understanding what the customer wants and saves you a bunch of money by showing you how the deals in store works, will be shopping here again.
Used to shop here all the time for my Vape products, but since the original blokes have left this store has gone down hill, especially the last month or 2. Went in a couple weeks ago to rude service, girl that doesn't want to hold conversation and clearly doesn't know what they're talking about. Order online with other company now so can avoid the miserable atmosphere in store.
